The 2026–27 standard · One gym, one direction

All in — Train. Compete. Grow.

ALL IN — Train, Compete, Grow

ALL IN is the standard we ask from everyone in our gym.

It does not mean every athlete plays the same schedule or every family makes the same commitment. CVA offers different team levels for a reason. National, American, and Regional teams each have a different season, travel schedule, and level of commitment.

ALL IN means that once you choose the team that fits your athlete and your family, we all show up ready to do our part.

For CVA Leadership

Our job is to set the standard. Families trust us with their athletes, and we take that seriously. Being ALL IN means we are always working to make CVA better. That includes strong coaching, organized programs, clear communication, and a gym where athletes can be challenged, supported, and proud to wear CVA. We are responsible for the direction of the club. We are responsible for the experience we create. We are responsible for making decisions with athletes in mind.

For CVA Coaches

Coaching is more than running drills. Being ALL IN as a CVA coach means showing up prepared, teaching with purpose, and caring about each athlete's growth. It means holding players accountable while still building their confidence. Our coaches are expected to lead the right way. They should push athletes, teach the game, communicate clearly, and model the attitude and effort we expect from our players. Players should leave our gym knowing they were coached, challenged, and supported.

For CVA Athletes

ALL IN starts with how you show up. It means you bring effort. You listen. You learn. You compete. You support your teammates. You are willing to be coached, willing to work through hard moments, and willing to keep getting better. You do not have to be perfect. You do have to bring the right attitude and effort. Ask yourself: Did I work hard today? Did I make my teammates better? Did I respond the right way when things got tough? That is what being ALL IN looks like.

For CVA Parents and Families

Parents are a big part of the team experience. Being ALL IN as a CVA family means supporting your athlete, encouraging the team, and helping create a positive environment around the court. It means cheering for effort, growth, teamwork, and confidence, not just points and wins. It also means understanding that development takes time. Every athlete will have great moments, hard moments, and moments where they have to keep working. Your support during those times matters. When parents, coaches, athletes, and leadership are pulling in the same direction, the team experience is better for everyone.

The ALL IN Standard

Show up prepared. Bring positive energy. Compete with respect. Handle challenges the right way. Support your team. Represent CVA with pride.

ALL IN is not about being perfect. It is about being committed. Committed to the work. Committed to the team. Committed to growth. Committed to CVA.
